How much money can I earn in England during my academic year as an part time job holder?

I am from nepal and I want to study in England at undergraduate in software Engineering. Is the money we have earn sufficient for our study?

Unless you have a scholarship, there is no job - - part-time or otherwise in any country - - that will help "earn sufficient for (your) study". Regardless, you might want to consider taking a second job for an "English as a Second Language" (ESL) course. Seriously.
