How much money can I take with me from England to Pakistan?

If travelling within the EU, there is no need to declare cash when leaving or entering the UK. If travelling outside the EU, you must declare the cash if it amounts to more than 10,000 Euros. Customs may also seize the money if more than £1000 and they believe it has been gained unlawfully or to be used unlawfully.

You should also be aware that the country you flying to will also have similar restrictions. You will need to check that out as you have not told us where you are flying to.

So if you are taking a lot of money out, make sure you have not only recipts in how you earned it, bank statements etc. but make sure they can see it hasn't been gained unlawfully otherwise, rightly so, you will have it taken off you.
