Hi Manuel,

This is a very difficult question to answer for a number of reasons/factors.

The first reason/factor is that it depends upon how large you want your trees to grow before harvesting.  This also brings into consideration another factor... the cost of land for your grove, the cost of seedlings to plant, the cost of water and fertilizer (as needed), and the cost of maintaining the trees while they are growing.  At the end, you'll also have the cost of cutting and shipping the trees to your market.

Another reason/factor is what the selling price of teak wood might be in the 20-30 years later before you are able to harvest the trees.
