  2. About $150, if I remember correctly at stupid Mount Airy in the Poconos (Pennsylvania).  I'm still mad about that.  I don't mind losing $150 if it's in Atlantic City, but I gave Mount Airy a try because it's about three hours closer to me than AC and it sucked total ***.
