How much money do YouTube Partners get?

Im sorry, i dont know from experience, but my friends tell me they get anywheres from 15 dollars a month to 3. Its not exactly a job you make a living off of. (but im sure some people get more then 15 dollars a month.)

I AM a Partner at YouTube. I applied for it in Dec 2007 based on a viral video on my channel which now gets about 4,000 views per day and has been seen almost 1 million views since I upoaded in December 2006!!

Here is what I have been paid so far in 2008:

January $65.26

February $98.68

March $396.87

April $376.49

May $202.95

June $266.98

YouTube doesn't tell you how they calculate the monthly amount. So I don't know why the revenue each month fluctuates since my partner channel is doubling every 4 months! I have been making more videos that I hope will be viral.

I think to be a YouTube Partner you have to have a lot of viewers of your videos. And they are strict about not letting you click on the ads on your own channel. Hope this helps!!

I dont know from experience either. But i do know someone who is a partner and said the most she got in a month was 100$. So like said, its not something you make a living off of because its not much, and youtube has a lot of partners from all different countries.

I'm not a partner, but I've heard a few youtube partners say it's $2.50 for every 1000 views.
