Don't have hard numbers, but I'd make an educated guess that it isn't. Blackjack has one of the slimmest profit margins for the house (more or less, depending on the exact variation of house rules.) If I had to predict the biggest money maker, it'd be the slots - house margin is fairly high and people feed them with no dealers, etc. - pretty much a cash cow for the most part.

It isn't the most profitable game for them. The machines are. How much they make really depends on the skill level of the players playing. If everyone playing used a basic strategy, the house has around a 52 to 48 percent advantage over the player.  If you can count cards, you can turn that around in your favor. However, I've seen people do some really stupid things at blackjack tables, especially drunks. Which is one reason why the casinos keep pouring the drinks into you when you're gambling.  Plus, if you are a card counter and you start winning big, they will spot you in no time, and you will be asked to leave. They only want drunken suckers playing, not sharpies who might actually win some money.
