  1. top players can get paid $500,000 (Canadian)

the rookie min. is $30,000 (Canadian)

  2. A rookie can expect to make about 50 000 Canadian a year. A starter can expect to make 85 000 to 115 000 a year. And a  all-star DB can make up to 160 000 a year, while an all-star RB or WR/SB can make 200 000+ a year.

Should a player end up on the practice roster they make 500$ a week, but the teams pay for housing and a few other expenses i believe.

Edit: Steve I'm not sure where your getting your info from, but your so off base. No one in the CFL is currently making 500K a year not even QB's. Please tell me which players are making half a million a year?!

  3. HB- (is a RB) could make around 150-500k if they are good.

CB- 50-250 only if they are amazing

Reciver- 100-500 but must be good for 500

  4. lots

  5. Casey Printers (Quarterback) signed a 3 year 1.5 million dollar contract with the Hamilton TiCats.  I've never heard of any other prositions bringing in close to the 500K mark.
