How much money do i need?

so me and my boyfriend of 5 years are going to break up and i have two kids. i was thinking of moving into a apartment which is two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for about 850 a month how much monney do you think i need for a month for my apartment and other bills also for food and other extra things. and the kids are 13 and they are my kids not his

you need to sit down and figure out a budget, everyones expenses are different.  If you could tell us what your "bills" are we could give you a little more help

Rent - 850 (are utitlies included? we'll assume they're not)

Electric - 120

Water - 40

Food - 250

Gas/ misc. - 400

Car payment (?) - 250

Kids clothes, misc. - 250

That puts you around 2,200/month. Obviously you may not have a car payment, and utilities may be included which is going to put you under. Also depending on income you may be able to get governmental or state assistance, you can adjust accordingly. This is just a guideline of the basics it takes to run a household. Good luck!
