How much money do minor league players make (A, AA, AAA)?

AA-AAA: 30,000-80,000

really not that much..

double A 80,000- 170,000

triple A  180,000-370,000

major league minimum 390,000

Around 15-30k depending on level.  Some/most get signing bonuses, anywhere from a few thousands up to the millions for the top prospects (who must do a certain amount of time in the minors before being promoted to majors).  My cousin got a 70k signing bonus as a starting pitcher when he signed.
