it really all depends most casinos pay the same hourly rates and tips depend on how well people are doing and also on the attitude of the dealers

Depends on where, but in Mississippi, which has been one of the poorest states in the whole country for years, they average $40k a year, give or take small swings in tips...if you have a poker school nearby, they could tell you the average earnings per year of a poker dealer in that area.

it really depends on WHERE they are dealing.  a big casino will get them big tips and higher wages, while a small, out-of-the way one will get them minimum wage and bad tips, just like any other hourly plus tips jobs.
