I'm talking about reservations for exotic animals, like you see on Animal Planet for "Growing Up..." I just was watching it and seeing all the things these people need to know and go through and I began wondering just how much they really do make. So, most of these reservations are in Africa, but not all, so it there a difference in how much money you make in Africa or in the U.S.? Okay thanks for the answers!

  1. a lot? well i really don't know i would hope a lot because they work really hard, i think in places where animals are more in danger or where there are a lot , make more money

  2. Most of them don't make a dime.  Any money donated to their cause goes right back into the care and welfare of the animals.

  3. very little and those jobs are very competitive

  4. they make very little if they even get paid at all, the ones that get grants from Western Universities and go over seas may get more but then they are there for a short time and come home.Had a friend in Zambia he did work at a reserve in the mid 70's to late 80's he lived there never really got paid the time he was there had to fend for himself most of the time the locals were great to him.To do that sort of job is to LOVE it not to make money.
