Depends on the tour he is playing. Pga tour caddy makes $800 to $1200 per week plus they get 5%if the player makes the cut, 7% if he finishes in the top 10, 10% if he wins.

That does not apply to all caddies, but is kinda the standard. Part time caddy for 10 yrs.
