This varies HUGELY - on the brand name and model, actually, more than the condition.  Little dents can be fixed -a rotten BRAND is not WORTH fixing.  If this is a GOOD brand, then plan on getting HALF of the STREET price - NOT the list price, or what you paid - when it was new.  If you give us more info, we can help you more.  If this is a not-good brand, then you might find that it has LITTLE value - and you might want to donate it to a school, and take a full-value tax write-off.

    EDIT - Ok - now we need the MODEL and the serial number.    Gemeinhardt made some fine flutes - and a whole lot of dogs.  Having those numbers will make all the difference.  They are on the neck/collar, and somewhere on the body.
