  1. Alot if you are really good then you can earn millions!!

  2. I don't want to put you off but there's more people studying to be a lawyer than we'll ever need, the money can be good but not as good as you can earn in other proffesions, look for a job where there is more places available than people who want to do it. Work in the city if you're anywhere near London, I earn a basic salary of around £75,000 per year and that's without any bonuses.

    Good luck.

  3. They earn loads..

  4. Why not aim to be a member of parliament. Not so long ago in Australia, the then Prime Minister the Hon John  Howard had a cabinet where more than fifty percent of the members held degrees from the legal profession. These gentlemen obviously knew where their 'bread was buttered' as the saying goes.

  5. It really depends if you want to be a barrister working in London after a few years of experience you can earn £50,000+ a year  if your good enough.

A solicitor can also earn this much but the have a more flexible rate like they can charge £100 an hour. It really depends on how good you are.

    Good Luck

  6. They can earn anything up to about £100,000 a year but that's after years of experience and working within the large companies. It all depends on how good you are and where you work.

But this country really doesn't need anymore greedy lawyers so maybe you should go for something with better chances of getting a good job, a lot of lawyers and not enough rich people to pay them at the moment.
