  1. There is a limit on what they can make. In Jersey all fees can not exceed 4.5%. Most lenders cap them off at 2 points on the back and on the front most charge anywhere from 0-2 pts.

    If your being charged more then that your being ripped off and i suggest you go somewhwere else.

  3. I assume you mean insurance broker.  Brokers that specialize in commercial property/casualty insurance can easily make over $200,000 or $300,000.  I know many brokers that make over a million per year.

  4. There is no limit. It depends on your ability to convince people about the advantages in volved in it.& the long term gains he is going to gain & his family in case of any mishap happens to him.
