  1. I wish my experience is helpful for you. Here is the good resource.

  2. The price of insurance is based on the type of business you own, the value of the fixtures/equipment and the cost of your inventory. If fire ins is offered it will depend on the building structure. Then you have options like "loss of business" ins in the case of a fire for instance the ins pays you until you're back up and running. If your biz is open to the public you may be required to have liability ins.in case someone gets hurt in your place of business. These are the things you will have to know to get an accurate ins quote.

  3. Restorations, does that mean you're a contractor?

It entirely depends on exactly waht the business does - if you're doing roofing, and you have 8 employees, this could easily run you $30,000 a year, without benefits.

You didn't give anywhere NEAR enough information for even a guess.

There's no such thing as "basic", and "small" is extremely subjective.

Some small businesses pay over $100,000 a year for their insurances.

  4. Are you looking at employee benefits?   Or a business policy?   Or workers compensation?   Please give more details.
