The tuition alone would probably range from $5,000 (for a one-year program at an inexpensive state university for an in-state resident) to $88,000 at Harvard for the traditional two-year program.  Then you would expect another $1,000-$2,000 for books, another $3,000-$5000 in fees, and the room and board would vary widely as well, depending on whether it was for one year or four (for a part-time program), for a single person or a family, and where the program was located (high-cost urban area v. low-cost rural area).
