How much money does it cost to put power steering on a boat? also can you put power steering on all boats?

Hydraulic steering systems start at around $500, installation might run you another $300 or so but I'm really just guessing about the labor cost.  They probably don't make much difference if you have less than 150 horsepower.  But on a pad-v hull with 200+ horses it can make a real difference.
