0.01 is all it takes for you to file a claim. The quicker you do it the better. They need to be allerted to fraud.

It does not matter what the amount is. Just contact them and tell them what is going on.

There is no minimum dollar amount.  However, you should contact the credit card issuer as soon as possible to let them know that your credit card number has been stolen so that they can cancel the card and issue you a new one and so they can credit your account for the amount that has been stolen.  You have an obligation to contact the bank as soon as possible to reduce their loss.
