depends on the cost of living in the area I would say most start of at 25,000 if its a good company, government work probably minimum wage

Depends. At a private business, you're looking at $10 or $12 per hour. Maybe $14 to $16 if you have a lot of experience.

Non-profits seem to pay very well for the same thing; I usually see between $18 and $23 per hour.
