Without lodging and travel, you're just talking about food and entertainment, which depends entirely on how you like to feed yourself (upscale restaurants, neighborhood bistros, grocery store) and what you like to do (visit museums, take tours, just take a walk, etc.), and how much you want to spend on souvenirs.

Count on needing 100 Euros per day for meals and incidentals (taxis, museum fees, etc.) in western Europe.  That is currently about $160/day.

Western Europe is more expensive than farther east, and cities like London, Paris, and Rome are even more expensive.  You may be able to get away with spending less outside the major cities.
