How much money is one acre of land in the Yukon Territory worth?

On average and How can I buy some? Also what are the taxes like? All I want is some land for the purpose of owning it to keep from being built on.

Pretty cheap... not much up there.  You could most likely get a deal on buying several hundred or thousand acres..

I bought an acre in Marsh lake the land is worth $55,000 my taxes with a house are $498.00 after the homeowners grant.  Thats with no well. ( water delivery)  Taxes are pretty cheap here. Marsh lake is in the southern lakes area
