Deckhands--180 to 240

Tankerman-- 220 to 380

Engineers--380 to 480

Captains--350 to 500

That's per day on a 14 days on 14 days off rotation. Hope this helps.

For sail boat crews during deliverys I pay as much as $200. per day and a little as a ride from one port to another.
