I have a free lunch pass but I might want a snack [ex. water, cookie, fried veggies (don’t judge)] I also want to buy lots of candy and a sweatshirt and maybe some sweatpants

  1. Hershey has lots of stuff to buy and plenty of food - it's not too overpriced but not cheap either.

    (estimates from my annual visits)

    Waters: $3

    Cookie: $2

    Fried Veggies (yum!): $5

    Candy (lots) $10-15

    Sweatshirt: $20

    Sweatpants: $20-25

= $60-$70 should do it assuming you already have a ticket. Maybe bring $80 if you want to be 100% sure.

Here's a tip to actually SAVE some money.

"HERSHEYPARK does not permit food or drink to be brought into the Park. Lockers are available next to the restrooms in the west parking lot and between the Museum patio picnic area and Tram Circle."

If you bring a water bottle with you, you can fill it up when you get inside @ the water fountains and an intrepid person like you could probably smuggle in some of your own cookies/clif bars, whatnot. The lockers are also great for stashing your stuff so you don't have to drag it around but it's still accessible. Last time I was there they cost $1 each time.

Don't miss the classic Comet or the Trailblazer! The Trailblazer is old but the tunnel and the corkscrew at the end are a blast!
