How much money to bring with me to Cancun?

Me and my best friend are going to Cancun and are staying at an all inclusive hotel (oasis) and were wondering how much money we should bring with us (for clubs, drinking, shopping, massages, one tour, taxis, ect)? And how much should we bring for tips and what a good tip would be?

The clubs will run you about $40 per night (that is for VIP admission and open bar - definitly worth the money). You shouldn't have to pay for drinking staying at an all inclusive and as I mentioned if you pay the $40 for the club it's open bar all night.

Tours run anywhere from $60 - $100. I don't know which tour you would want to do.

Messages depend on your hotel's spa. You should be able to go on Oasis website and check for the prices.

Shopping depends on where you go and how much your going to buy. Always remember to try and bargain with the people.

I wouldn't take taxis anywhere the bus is cheaper. It's only 65 pesos (like $1) and it takes you wherever you want to go.

I'm staying for a week and me and my group are bringing $50 each in singles and we are going to tip our bartenders/maids/and servers a few singles for everything.
