How much money to start this business...

How would you go about maybe starting up your own Hotel or something like that, what classes should i take ni college? any college reccomendations i should look at? My dream would to be maybe someday be able to own something liek the Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

There are a number of colleges that offer courses in the hospitality industry any of them would be good.  The cost of starting your own hotel would make it out of touch for the average person, we would be looking at millions of dollars,......but there is a glimmer of hope for you. Why not think about a Bed and Breakfast? You can have your cake and eat it too. Operates very similar to a larger operation such as a hotel, but a cost that a average person can own and operate. People that own bed and breakfasts often will tell you that it is less work and more of a life style than anything else. Some bed and breakfasts have tennis courts, I suppose that the ball is in your court.
