How much money to you get by recyling cans?

I live in IN, also does it matter if there crushed or uncrushed?

If the cans are clean you should get 60-70 cents a pound (about 3 cents a can). It doesn't matter if they are crushed or not.

You could always copy off of Seinfeld and haul them up to Michigan and get the big bucks (.10 a can) or most places around here are .05 I believe.

Al Gore should fund all people approx 99cents per aluminum can. The ice sheet in Greenland would surely never melt then!

I LIVE UP THE STREET FROM A RECYCLING CENTER.  YOU MAKE ABOUT $7 DOLLARS A GARBAGE BAG FILLED.  DEPENDING ON THE DAY YOU GO AND IF THE PRICE IS HIGH THAT DAY.  IF YOU CRUSH THEM THERE IS A MYTH THAT THEY WEIGH MORE BUT IM NOT SURE.
