  1. It depends on whether this includes a place to stay or not, when you go, and what you do. Generally, you should be able to get by comfortably for 100 euro per day not including a place to stay. A lot of this will be in your control - there are a lot of attractions that are free - like the pantheon, trevi fountain, the mouth of truth, santa maria sopra minerva, ... You can also eat cheaply if you really want to.

If you take cabs to get around, it will be expensive. The Roma Pass allows access to the public transportation system with free entry to 2 museums and discounts at others. Or you can walk in Rome.

If you´re buying a lot of souvenirs or shopping in the fancier districts, then you´ll need more.

  2. Not less than 100 euros daily, excluding BB.

  3. depends....

take attention to the centre of rome, very expensive for drink and eat....

A popular quarter for eat it's San Lorenzo (student quarter).

    I live near rome

  4. I think about 400 euros (with B&B that are quite expansive...)

    good luck. rome is beautiful!

  5. Make like you are going to NYC for 3 days.... if your room (& breaklfast, "prima colazione")  covered then you'll need monies for lunch & dinner + museums, snacks, souvenirs... 100 to 120 Euro a day should work out fine. Take the credit card for must have bag, shoes, gloves. Rome is where many Italians go shopping for bargins on clothes & accessories.

  7. About 400 euros. You will come back the money, if you don't spend all.....
