How much money would it cost to build a super bar?

im 13 im thinking if a save all that i can maybe by the time im 30 i can build a super bar with a small movie theater huge bar with german and sweadish beer small resturant and stuff just like everything i need to knoe an estimate or what else i could add to it

  1. well straight off the bet u need to know if your going to buy or rent a place, then there is insurence then employees

    idk if putting a movie theater is the best move cause some bars get very loud and the theater will might get some of that and people don't want theater when there watching a movie maybe a huge t.v. behind the bar for the sport games  

    once you find out those u can start pricing it out better


  2. The biggest factor in determining the cost will be location. If you put it in a high traffic venue like Las Vegas, South Beach (near Miami) or Los Angeles, the cost will be very high. But, the revenue will be higher as well. You'll want to have enough money to sign a long-term lease (3-5 years), have money for equipment, furniture, etc. and have at least a year's operating capital. The other major factor is size. What do you consider a "super" bar. If it's say 10,000 sq. ft. then a reasonable estimated range might be between 2 and 5 million dollars depending on where you put it. Since you're 13, you'll need to adjust for inflation if you have to wait until you are 18 and can legally sign a lease.
