How much money would it cost to fly and spend about 2 weeks in the UK?

I have been wanting to go to Wales for a while

and i don't really have the time to go and look anything up

i want to start saving money but i need to know how much i need

i will probably fly from Houston TX but i need to know how much money i should save up so i can figure out how long i need to save for

I know it takes time, but...go look things up.

It would suck if someone tells you the wrong number, and you either get there and run out of money, or put your trip off longer than you need to in order to earn money you don't need.

Besides, are you a McDonald's person or a 3-star meal person?  Are you happy sleeping in a hostel, or do you need the Hilton?  Are you wanting to go during peak season, or are you happy going in January?  What kind of activities do you want to do while you're there?  All of these things will dramatically affect how much your trip will cost.
