  1. None, once they find out you've been plotting it, their better, more expensive lawyers will destroy you

  2. well maybe not that much, if you are to sue you would probably sue for the money it took you to fix your arm. and your not going to win for sure, most likely for people to win they get really good lawyers

  3. NO, NO, NO!!

Too many evil people are doing the wrong things! If you want money, then the classic is to get a dog, put it in the trunk of your car in summer, and wait for it to die of heat stroke. Sue the motor retailer for not putting in any warnings!!! THINK before you sue! You have to make a few sacrifices if you want to make it in the business - possibly your limbs...

You need THREE things when you're making money by suing:

1: A good lawyer - ALWAYS get a GOOD lawyer before you even THINK of a plan. It's good sacrificing $10,000 - $50,000 on an attorney if your going for the big one.

2: A good plan - No warning on the microwave? Take advantage of all these problems! Make a journal of things that catch your eye. Sign in broken English? Pretend to misunderstand it! No warning sign on the microwave? Stick a cat in it!

3: A good preparedness for sacrifice - if you're going for the mother of all schemes, you're probably going to be incapacitated for the rest of your life. Make a decision...

  4. Unless you are implying a rich owner, a luxury car means nothing if you get hit by it. How much you would get would really depend on how bad you are hurt and how good your lawyer is. If you just got a hairline fracture and have some ambulance chaser, you aren't going to get much. If you totally destroyed your arm and have a good lawyer, you might be able to get a fair amount. However, the more hurt you are and the better your lawyer, the more money you will end up spending.

You could sue for emotional damages, but you aren't likely to get enough to make it worth doing this on purpose. Besides, the second someone finds out you planned it, you wouldn't get a dime (or would have to return it all, even if you spent it). Then, you could get in trouble for fraud.
