He's got to face about 1 more year in FT leavenworth (may 09 possibly on good behavior). Once he gets out he has to face 2 charges for animal cruelty from the state of Virginia. Each one of those charges carries a penalty of 5 years max in a state jail.

    So potentially he could be out and free by June/July if he goes to court and is found not guilty in Virginia. He also could end up staying in prison until 2019 if the judge throws the book at him. Most likely he'll get 4-5 years with 2 years served and the rest as probation/community service hours.

nobody knows. When his does come back he'll be a WR or split back.

gets out next july i believe..  plus he'll be suspended for a year in the nfl so he'll be playin in the UFL for a bit

Not enough. He will probably get some state jail time for the laws he broke there, and he will probably do that after he finishes his federal sentence. Then he still has to apply to Goodell for reinstatement to the league to play again.
