How much more weight do i need to lose?

Ok i used to be obese now im just overweight,i weighed 270 and now about 6 months later im 210.....so i know how to lose weight,im 6 ft 1.I have a small upper body besides a little belly i still have,most of my fat is in my legs and butt....i used to wear 44 size pants now i wear 38...i used to wear up to 3xL shirts now i wear L My friends tell me i dont need to lose any weight but i think i do,i want to be able to have a six pack and not look fat at all,idk i just want to be n shape,so for my height, whats the ideal weight that i need to be 2 be able to see my abs?,....And is someone fat if they wear size large shirts,...i meen whats the average males size shirt?

  1. lose weight until ur satisfied with what your body looks like and trust me don't stop going to the gym and dieting  


  2. Keep on going to the gym and eating healthy

  3. go to the gym or whatever, untill your fine with your body.

  4. Go to weight watchers!  It really works if you are dedicated!

  5. You are not an average male, you are quite tall, which makes your weight sound very healthy. If you want to lose a bit more weight, you can, but do not get paranoid about it, you have already lost so much :)
