How much more work do I need to reach 200LBS?

I'm currently at 190 and lifting weights everyday. I just purchased a tub of weight gainer. Do you think that will be enough?

Or should I start eating like 12 eggs per day?

  1. Eat some chicken. Plenty. Eggs as well. NO Fast Food. You'll gain it easily.


  2. yeah a weight gainer will cover that gap in about 5 weeks you should gain between 1 and 3lbs a week using a weight gainer. also increase your usual carb intake  by an additional 500 on top of the weight gainer just to make sure. but be careful most weight gainers only last between 10 and 20 days not 35 so buy at least another tub.
