  1. It all depends on you. A normal person probably could lose about 3 pounds a month if the so a low diet with out exercise. A person that exercise for about one hour a day, I would say that they could lose about 6 at the most. So that is about what i would say a normal person would lose.

    (Hint: Just drink water and water only can lose some what if you are over weight)

  5. It depends on your current weight. If you are obese, you will lose a lot more then if you're already healthy.

    The "safe" amount to lose per week is 2-3 lbs. The weight is also more likely to stay off with a slow steady weight-loss.

    So in one month you could lose 8-12 lbs and possibly avoid having your body think it's starving.
