  1. Well you should take the recommended dosage as prescribe by the manufacturer or your doctor. They should always be taken in the  day time for you to get the dull benefits of it. However if you are looking for a more natural way to incorporate minerals and vitamins as a daily part of your regimen check out this website.

  2. Be careful with the B6, it not natural but is a synthetic is a nerve conductor and can be dangerous.

Wise health advisers suggest not more than 50mg a day.

You can have an allergic reaction to B6 when taking too much by itself. Some side effects are, sore throat, muscle cramps and false symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis.

You should never take any one portion of a vitamin complex solely by itself. If you need to take an increased dose of B6, then get a bottle of B-Complex to go with it.

Yes, you can take it with other vitamins.

  3. The normal dosage in a supplemental B-6 is 100 mg and the normal dose in a supplemental B-12 is 500-1,000 mcg. However, most people get the most benefits from these when they are taken as part of a B complex (like a B-100 complex, for example), but if you need extra energy, you could always add a B-12 to that B complex.

You can certainly take any/all the B Vitamins with any other vitamins. It normally doesn't matter when you take the B Vitamins, but it's generally not recommended to take at night because they commonly give energy (especially B-12). Good luck!
