How much of evening primrose and how often?

I want to take evening primrose to control PMS. I bought a bottle with 500 mg softgels.

How many softgels should i take a day, and should i take them everyday?

Two at every night. That's the dosage I take, and it works really well for me. That's also the recommendation my midwife gave me. Good luck!

1 with breakfast, 2 with dinner.  (Also borage seed oil works the same and is cheaper)
