How much of no sleep can hurt me?

I,am an artist,I have great expectations dwelling among myself and the outcome is emence.I feel I can accomplish what I,m set out to do .I dont want to disappoint myself ,the deadline is near and I have to keep pushing.This picture I,m creating is and important to all people because it repersents our history and glory for some and will make me very famous.Is it worth it?

  2. you should probably repost this question in the health section, but I would say don't stay up for more than 24 hours.

  3. Without sleep, you're going to find things changing mentally for you. You'll experience effects such as:

    ~ Irritability

    ~ Decreased mental processing

    ~ Decreased appetite

    ~ Burning of the eyes due to dryness

    ~ Minutes will turn to hours. The day will drag. You'll lose track of time. You might lose track of it.

    ~ Hallucinations and hearing things

    I would not reccommend doing this to your body. After about 48 hours of no sleep, your body is going to try to make you sleep. It might even trick you.

    "This little catnap won't hurt. I'll just shut my eyes for a few seconds and then -- zzzz..... "

    You need sleep. Do this at your own risk.

  4. It's probably not a good idea to be constantly sleep deprived. Some scientific studies have found that people who sleep too little, over the long run, may tend to have more medical problems.

  5. people have tried deliberate not sleep for weeks, eventually their body just collapse beyond their will power to remain awake.

  6. no not if you're gonna go days w/o sleep man, your body needs rest and to go days w/o sleep is deadly to your body,don't do it!
