well it depends snow has different moisture content and if its a heavy snow about a foot deep you get about 4-7 inches of water and little fluffy snow a foot deep you only get 1-4 inches of water so if it has been dry for a while and you get 4 inches of water most of that goes into the ground if it has been wet before the snow you get less water that goes into the ground it really depends on a lot of factors to figure this out
