How much of the Boeing Tanker will be built out of this country?

A lot has been said about EADS being a foreign company and building an American aircraft but Boeing aircraft uses parts made in other countries. What percent? Made where?

The Boeing tanker is a 767 and unlike the 787 is mostly built in the US .I know that Vought aircraft (which is an American  company)makes a lot of smaller parts for Boeing.The main assembly will take place in Everett, WA .The military parts of the aircraft will be assembled at St.Louis.  Boeing has said it will help support or help create 55,000 American jobs.

No.  A lot has been said about the USAF changing it's requirements right before the bids were due, to favor the EADS bid.  That's a no-no.

The entire Boeing airframe will be made in the US.  Very few parts come from elsewhere.
