Due to the Left Wingnut jobs in Congress we are not 'permitted' to drill where the oil is, instead these fine folks prefer we drill where it is not as an environmental expedient.

But the world should be watching these loonytoons. They claim to be concern about the environment, but as long as the wells are going in OUTSIDE the US they are O.K. with it.
