How much pain do you experience when getting industrial?

I am planning on getting my industrial pierced tomorrow, and i am pretty nervous. Mostly because i don't like pain but i really really want it. and i hear it takes a year to heal. is it really worth it or should i just get my cartlige pierced and save the trouble?

itll obviously b painful a bit=p BUT theyre awesome and itll be worth it TRUST ME. it feels just like getting a reg ear peicing. it pinches then burns for like 5min then it goes away=] youll b fine i promise ! have fun and i hope u love itt!!=]

It's painful, but every piercing is. It's worth it. I love mine ;)
