How much peat moss would I need to sprinkle over a 1000 sq. foot lawn I just seeded?

unless you plan to work the peat moss into the soil and lose all of your seed its a waste of time and money  in oeder for the peat to work it has to be worked into soil

I use to use about 3 big bails........you don't need a lot........depending where you live the grass will be up in 3 to 5 days............the secret is to keep it damp with out knocking the seed away with the water...........Get the mower sharpened....enjoy
