i am 17 wks pregnant and i am working out every other day. I know taht when pregnant i am supposed to get about 70 grams of protein or so. after each workout i have a protein shake 17 grams of protein and 440 grams of potassium with 220 grams of sodium. Im not sure if the potassium is high especially sinc ei am pregnant and im not working out as hard as i used to. Is the potssium levels too high for a pregnant woman?
