Average rear-projection: 212 watts

Average LCD: 213 watts

They build up & store charge, but not much electricity til soccer games come on - then they do. xoxo ; )

Typical 37" plasma - around 250 watts.

Typical 32" CRT (tube) - around 400 watts.
