How much prayer ex do u get from gilded alter runescape?

how much prayer ex do u get from gilded alter with both burners lit and used with dragon bones,

i know that ppl say that u get 350% extra ep, but i suck at maths and couldnt be bothered to work it out

Normal bones=17.5 xp

Big bones=52.5 xp

Dragon bones=252 xp

Dagannoth bones=437.5 xp
