Is charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver heroin, one count of delivery of heroin, one count of criminal conspiracy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. $50,000 bail.

With a bond that high, along with the fact that heroin is an automatic felony in every state, I'd say he looking at anywhere from 3-15 years.  (depends if it is their first time or not too...the more times charged with this offense, the longer they're put in prison).
