i want to know ive heard 30 grams a day and then ive heard that its 1 gram per pound
how much should i take to see results without overdoing it?i want to take whey protein after i work out and im 15 and i only do the core lifts.(bench press, incline press,military,squat,power clean)
and what are the results of taking protein?do i get bigger muscles faster or do i get stronger faster?
