  1. Rhubarb is neither an Herb nor Toxic. The leaves contain large amounts of oxalic acid so should never be eaten but the stems are safe (but pretty unpalatable) raw. You can eat as much as you like but it is fairly acidic so you might get acid indigestion if you have too much.

    What a strange question - do you have a large supply of rhubarb or something or are you an addict?


  2. It's good to eat it alot because it's a good type of herb..

  3. the leaves are highly toxic - they cant even be used as compost. i wouldnt think too much is  a good idea  

  4. I love rhubarb.  You can eat the stalks but not the leaves.  Eat as much as you like.

  5. It's very good for you as long as it's well cooked because when it's raw it's toxic!
