  1. Not too much. Rice is a carb, and unless you work out you can't eat much.

    But if you work out ALOT, then carbs are fine, so that makes Rice okay! :)

  2. Depends on the kind of rice. If its white rice, then no it's full of starch. You can eat brown rice though. I head brown rice is healthy for you and can lower cholesteral.

  3. u can eat boiled rice but in limit.Remember don't eat pulao.

  4. you shouldn't eat much only like a bowl or a small bowl.But if u eat to much u will gain weight
